Platters can be picked up at the shop or delivered to Philipstown, Garrison, Beacon, and Newburgh. Prices for delivery are $5 for Cold Spring Village, $10 further into Philipstown, $15 to Beacon, $20 to Garrison and $25 to Newburgh. Thank you for thinking of us for your feast. FAQ
How much cheese do I need?
We recommend serving approximately ¼ pound to ⅓ pound of cheese per person, depending on whether the cheese is an appetizer or the main event.

What are your standard platter sizes?
$55 platter serves 4-5 people as the main event, 6-7 as an appetizer
$75 platter serves 6-7 people as the main event, 8-11 as an appetizer
$100 platter serves 8-10 people as the main event, 12-15 as an appetizer

What if I’m serving more than 10 to 15 people?
Platters for larger groups can also be accommodated. Pricing will be worked out accordingly. A good estimate is $12 per person. Complete the online form and we will call you to discuss your needs.

What’s included with my platter?
All of our platters are beautifully plated on an eco-friendly disposable serving platter with appropriate accompaniments including honey, fruit spread or jam, nuts and dried fruits and can be made with or without charcuterie/meat.

Do I need to buy bread and/or crackers?
All platters come with crackers. You can add a baguette for $5 in the comments area. Please let us know if you do not want crackers.

Do you deliver?
Platters can be picked up at the shop or delivered to your home. We do not deliver to locations more than 20 miles away unless agreed upon. For pick up we strongly encourage at least 24 hours notice and for delivery at least 72 hours notice. Delivery costs range from $10-35 and will be added to the final price. 

Should I tip?
Our cheesemongers take pride in creating beautiful platters for your special occasion. A service charge of 15% is added to every platter, but don’t let that stop you from adding an additional gratuity if you feel it’s merited.
